Meeting Requirements

This section will give you all the necessary information to help make Debbie Bermont's presentation a success for your attendees. On this page you will find all the necessary details for the following:

Once you have reviewed these materials, please fill out the form on this page: Preprogram Questionnaire

Travel Arrangements

Travel expenses are billed to the client at cost. This includes air, hotel, meals, rental cars, transportation to/from the airport, airport parking in San Diego and any incidentals during the speaking assignment. We would prefer if the hotel and air were billed directly to your house account. We are happy to work with your preferred travel vendor of choice to make all the necessary travel arrangements. Domestic travel is coach airfare. And foreign travel is business class airfare.

Audio Visual and Equipment Needs

  • One wireless lavaliere microphone for Debbie and one wireless hand held for a back-up and audience participation.
  • LCD projector with remote.
  • Large projection screen. Please arrange for the largest screen possible, placed as high as possible, off to the right side. (Please, NO center mounted screens.)
  • Please arrange lighting so Debbie is well lit, yet the screen isn't washed out.
  • A riser/platform is requested for audiences over 200 with steps in front.
  • A podium to be placed slightly to the right of the center of the stage area.
  • A flip chart with plenty of nontoxic, large tip, magic markers in red, black and blue to be placed to the left of the stage area.
  • Large glass of water (no ice) at the podium.
  • A six foot skirted table at the back of the room for product display.

Room Set-Up

For audiences up to 200, classroom style with a center aisle is preferred. Debbie likes to be close to the audience but there must be enough room in the front to accommodate the podium and AV equipment and to move around. Ideally, there should be about six feet between stage area and the first row of tables/chairs. For audiences over 200, theatre style seating with a center aisle is recommended.

Speaker's Introduction

Please refer to the speakers intro . It is helpful to get the audience warmed up and energized by delivering the opening intro in an upbeat and enthusiastic tone.
